Cancellations

We understand at times, unexpected circumstances occur. It is Tranquility Spa & Beauty’s ambition to provide fairness and mindfulness to all clients. To assure this, clients will receive an appointment reminder one or two days in advance. Keep in mind it is the client’s responsibility to remember appointment dates and confirm appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or no-shows will be charged the full payment of service. Clients may reschedule as long as it is within the 24-hour cancellation period. Reschedules less than 24hrs will be charged for half of the booked service. Any service without a card on file, is not considered confirmed and slot is available for booking. All “NO SHOWS” or “LATE CANCELS” will require a prepayment of a non-refundable deposit of half down on all future appointments.

At the time of booking, a debit card or credit card will be needed to secure appointment. No charges will come off the card. At the end of the service, client may pay with cash or card ONLY. We Do Not Accept Checks or Cash App Cards. If debt or credit card is turned off, the charge will be added to the next service.

Cancellation policy for group parties: Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment time or no-shows will be charged the full payment of service. Cancellations greater than 48 hours will be charged the full deposit amount.

Late Arrivals

To assure service providers accommodate clients appointment in a timely manner, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals, will be charged full payment amount for the remaining service time. If time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at no discount.

Client Courtesy

Guests are encouraged to respect the rights of others so please speak softly and kindly refrain from shouting, foul language, and boisterous behavior.

Children/Phones

To ensure all patrons have a relaxing and peaceful experience at TRANQUILITY Spa & Beauty, children are not allowed in the service area and we ask that all cell phones are placed on silent.

Inclement Weather

As TRANSQUILITY Spa & Beauty works to keep our doors open five days a week; for the safety of our patrons and staff we may close and re-schedule appointments due to inclement weather. The spa will work diligently to contact all schedule clients for any unexpected closures.
