10% off additional full price services for the month (excludes packages, couple’s massages, couple’s facials, events, workshops, group parties, sales promotions) and complementary eyebrow wax or 15 min foot massage.
TRANQUILITY Spa & Beauty does not add gratuity to any service. The standard gratuity is 15% to 20% to service providers via cash or added to card.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
As a TRANQUILITY Member, you will have the privilege to choose ONE service per month, receive 10% off all other full price services (exclusions listed), and a complementary eyebrow wax or 15 minute foot massage.
TRANQUILITY Spa & Beauty encourage our members and ask each to use their service per month. We understand that challenges do occur and if you cannot make your monthly service, the service will carry over to the next month. Members will have SIX months to use up all carry over services. Member may share ONE carry over to a friend or family member (must be at least 18). Memberships cannot be shared or transferred.
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime. Membership cancellation can only be made within the spa with valid drivers license or submit a 30 day cancellation notice 48 hours before next billing cycle. Memberships will automatically renew on billing date; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Memberships services cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or packages.
Gift Cards are not valid for Membership purchases.
